Join this workshop to explore how states are responding to supply chain and trade security risks through industrial policy and international cooperation.

Many countries, including EU member states and EU institutions, are according greater attention to identifying supply chain disruption risks and the potential costs of the weaponisation of trade and investment relationships. States are also taking action to reduce such risks through a variety of instruments, including increased use of industrial policies and the pursuit of partnerships with like-minded countries.

This workshop will consider ongoing research on issues related to economic security risks and policy responses, including assessments of the scope for, and design of, plurilateral cooperation to address economic security-related concerns.
