These two sessions of the QUALIFIE working group provide a space for structured and focused writing.

Are you looking for space and time to focus on writing? Whether preparing for your prospectus, 25% deadline, 2/3 deadline, your final submission or writing a paper, this writing retreat offers you a time and space to sit down and focus on writing.

The two one-day writing retreats offer dedicated, distraction-free time to focus intensely on a writing project in a structured environment, including writing blocks and planned breaks. With this, as well as a shared sense of community and the possibility to discuss qualitative research writing in breaks, we want to create a rejuvenating space to produce significant work or break through creative blocks.

We encourage you to join for a full day of writing, but partial attendance is also possible. We aim at providing you with structured writing and rest times, as well as a space to concentrate without further distractions. Seminar Room Mansarda offers a balcony for breaks in the sun, while also being sufficiently far away from any possible distractions. Optionally, we may include small writing exercises and starting prompts. However, you are also welcome to simply show up and start writing on your own.
