The Queer and Feminist Studies Working Group and Professor M'hamed Oualdi invite you to join this thrilling workshop with Jocelyne Dakhlia (EHESS), who will present her recent and monumental book Harems et Sultans. Genre et despotisme au Maroc et ailleurs, XIVe–XXe siècle. Prof. Dakhlia will present her book for the first hour, and we warmly invite everyone to attend! Afterwards, those who wish to stay will have the opportunity to hear and discuss other exciting work being done by EUI researchers on gender and coloniality.
