Second PhD Workshop at the EUI Department of Economics

The European University Institute (EUI) is happy to announce the 2nd EUI ECO PhD Workshop

On 1–2 June, the EUI Department of Economics will host the second EUI ECO PhD Workshop at Villa La Fonte. The workshop will bring together eleven external PhD researchers from Europe and the United States, who will present their current work across macroeconomics, applied microeconomics, and economic theory.

The one-and-a-half-day event is designed to promote academic exchange between EUI PhD researchers and their peers from other institutions, creating an opportunity to discuss ongoing research, receive feedback, and foster scientific cooperation across universities. The programme will also feature a keynote lecture by Professor Andrea Ichino, titled How Fast Do Civic Conflicts Fade from Memory? Marriages, Fascism, and Anti-Fascism in Italy.

All EUI members are warmly encouraged to attend.
