The fourth EUSI Policy Dialogue, this time in Dublin, convenes leading experts and decision-makers to discuss the upcoming European Security Strategy, EU enlargement, hybrid threats and the lessons learned from the war in Ukraine.

Happening in the margins of the EU Foreign Ministers’ meeting (Gymnich), this fourth edition of the EUSI Policy Dialogues is organised in partnership with the Azure Forum for Contemporary Security Strategy and Łukasiewicz ITECH, in the context of the Irish rotating Presidency of the Council of the EU. It aims to further the EUSI mission of linking strategic debates with regional perspectives and concrete EU policy processes.

This edition of the EUSI Policy Dialogues focuses on debating the upcoming European Security Strategy, reflecting on the security implications of EU enlargement, as well as on the recurring themes of hybrid threats and lessons learned from the war in Ukraine.
