AEL awards three diplomas following the Academy Summer Courses

This year, the Academy of European Law (AEL) has awarded three diplomas to participants of the 2021 Summer Courses on Human Rights Law and The Law of the European Union.

Two Diplomas in Human Rights Law were granted respectively to PhD researcher at the EUI Law department, Kerttuli Lingenfelter and Raphael Oidtmann, Adjunct Lecturer in Public International Law at the University of Mannheim. While the Diploma in The Law of the European Union was awarded to EUI Alumnus, Robin Gadbled, Coordinator of research activities at the Institute for European Law at KU Leuven.

Each year, the AEL organises two summer courses, offering a stimulating and challenging learning experience to advanced scholars of law or related fields, including lawyers, specialists, practitioners, professors, researchers, and students. The courses are an opportunity to engage in discussions and exchange ideas with experts and fellow participants working in the same field.

The 2022 Human Rights Law course will be held from 20 June to 1 July and the 2022 Law of the EU course will follow from 4 to 15 July. The application process will open in early February 2022.
