Biography

Andrzej Fąfara is a Polish diplomat and economist with 20 years of experience in foreign affairs. He serves as Consul at the Consulate General of Poland in Houston, focusing on economic diplomacy, transatlantic relations and energy cooperation. Previously, he held senior positions at Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, working on public diplomacy and playing a key role in establishing the Ministry’s strategic communication capabilities. He also served at the Polish Embassy in Ottawa. Andrzej holds a degree in International Management from the Krakow University of Economics and studied international relations at Harvard University. He is fluent in Polish, English and German.
