Biography
Anna Ozga has spent over 25 years across banking, natural resources, and sustainability, with transition — strategic, structural, and geographical — as the common thread running through her career. She began in banking treasury, before moving into commodities risk and commercial leadership at global diversified miners. In recent years, her focus has shifted to energy transition and climate, building teams and market strategies across origination, investment, and policy. She established her own advisory company, working across natural resources, energy transition, and climate finance. Anna also volunteers, supporting charities through strategic work on impact.
