Biography

At FSR Transport, Elodie coordinates research activities on transport regulation. Her main areas of interest include the digitalisation of transport modes, sustainable and accessible urban mobility, and the optimisation of transport infrastructures.

Elodie is also a PhD candidate at Leiden University in the International Institute of Air and Space Law. She holds a Law degree from the University of Westminster and a Master’s in EU Trade and Climate Diplomacy from the LUISS School of Government. She is also a qualified Policy Officer in European and International Organisations.

Before joining FSR, Elodie gained professional experience at the European Commission, supporting DG MOVE in the implementation of transport investment policies and innovation strategies within the Horizon Europe programme and Connecting Europe Facility.
