Biography

Florian Zinoecker is Head of Corporate Governance and Internal Policies at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). He manages decision-making processes for ESM governing bodies and oversees shareholder relations and governance frameworks including ESG. Previously, Mr. Zinoecker served at major EU institutions like the European Investment Bank, European Commission and European Central Bank, as well as the EU departments of the Austrian Prime Minister’s Office and Austrian Central Bank. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard and a postgraduate degree in European Studies as well as a joint degree in International Economics and Communications from the University of Vienna, where he focused on the Euro and the EMU in his final theses.
