Biography

Konrad Gałczyński professional journey at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs started from roles in the field of web development and IT systems administration. He then followed the path from non-military aspects of NATO security policy (cyber) through civilian aspects of crisis management (contributing to the EU CIVCOM committee) to WMD non-proliferation, and back to cybersecurity policy.

He currently holds a position in a unit responsible for cybersecurity policy issues in international forums such as EU, NATO, UN and OSCE.
