Biography

Liana Goran is a Policy Officer at the European Commission, currently assigned to the task force supporting the design and implementation of reforms and investments financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.

Liana has a strong background in public policy and governance at both national and European levels, having built her public management, administrative, and policy expertise through roles in the Romanian Parliament, the European Parliament, and the Romanian Government. Her key areas of competence include EU policy, governance, and the rule of law.

Liana is fluent English, with conversational knowledge of French.
