Biography

Lily Burge is a policy expert with over six years of experience in climate finance and climate policy, specialising in capital mobilisation, green public financial management, and just transition. She leads the Global Policy Team at Climate Bonds Initiative, an international climate finance NGO, where she has developed extensive research on financing climate transition and resilience for governments and DFIs in the EU and globally.

Lily is a contributing author to the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability. She holds a MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge and a CFA UK Climate and Investing Certificate.
