Biography

Marine Perrin has been working on policies implemented by the City of Paris for the past decade. Initially responsible for communication and equality issues in the Mayor’s office, she went on to specialize in the City’s international relations and contributed to the development of ties with the North Africa–Middle East region, as well as to initiatives related to international solidarity and human rights around the world. In particular, she has spearheaded Paris’s integration into several emerging city networks and led advocacy efforts to defend and strengthen international law. Marine holds an MA in Law from the Sciences Po Paris’s Law School. She is fluent in French and English, with working knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of Arabic.
