Biography

Megi Ruka currently serves as an Advisor on Public Diplomacy, Media Relations and Culture at the Dutch Embassy in Tirana. In this role, she supports the local implementation of Dutch policy, leads regional projects in the Western Balkans, monitors the EU integration process, and collaborates with various partners in grassroots efforts, civil society, and creative industries. With an academic background in International Relations, she has expertise in strategic communication and project management. Additionally, she is an advocate for media freedom and curates the cultural programmes.
