Biography

Michał Lutek is a public policy and government affairs professional specialising in technology, mobility, and aerospace industries. He currently serves as Senior Public Policy Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at Bolt. He holds a PhD in international law and lectures at the University of Warsaw, with a particular focus on air and space law. Michał was a U.S. Department of State YTILI Fellow and participated in the Aspen Institute Central Europe Young Leaders Program. His interests include European competitiveness, technological sovereignty, emerging technologies, and the intersection of innovation, regulation, and public policy.
