Polyanna Cintra is a Brazilian policy innovator and social impact strategist with over 14 years of experience bridging public administration, sustainable development, and transnational governance. Her work focuses on Strategic Foresight, SDG-aligned policies, and regulatory innovation, particularly in public procurement and territorial development. As a Policy Leader Fellow at the Florence School of Transnational Governance, she researches regulatory sandboxes to drive agile public procurement frameworks, adapting Brazil’s Marco Legal das Startups for the EU context. Her project aims to design actionable solutions for Italy and the EU by mapping best practices, comparative analysis, and policy prototyping.
