Calls for tenders
The European University Institute publishes all ongoing calls for tenders or expressions of interest in the links advertised below on this webpage.
Participation in the Institute’s tender procedures is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the EU Treaties (this includes all economic operators registered in the EU and all EU citizens) and to all natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement under the conditions laid down in that agreement. It shall also be open to international organisations.
The Institute can therefore accept offers from and sign contracts with tenderers from the EU Member States, EEA countries and any other country which has an international agreement with the Union in the field of public procurement as well as from countries which have ratified the Multilateral Agreement on Government Procurement (“GPA”).
To view the tender documents for a call which may be of interest to you, please click on the title of the call listed below. Tender documents include at least the tender specifications, a letter of invitation to tender, and a draft contract but may also include specific templates necessary for the submission of an offer in response to that particular call for tenders.
This webpage is updated regularly and should be consulted frequently in order to have complete and updated information on the published calls.
