The EUI Library intends to implement an Integrated Library System that can provide support for all traditional library activities and for new library services, ideally supplied by a single vendor under the SAAS model.

The contract is stipulated for twelve months, renewable automatically for a maximum of six times.

V.1) Procedures for appeal
Any dispute relating to this procurement procedure shall be submitted in good faith by either party to mediation under the International Mediation Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration.
If for any reason the dispute remains unsettled 60 days after the request for mediation, it shall be subject to arbitration under the Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. The seat of the arbitration shall be Milan and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The award shall be final and binding.
