Main goals:

3. To provide guidance, beyond the summer report, on how to start a thesis project, and specifically on how to conceive, write and publish a paper in economics.

Description

Structure:

The course will have six main sections. The first is an introductory lecture specifically focused on the summer report requirement. The next ve lectures will move to the second

and household finance (Annika Bacher) with a particular attention on how to integrate the theoretical and empirical work.

In addition to the lectures, the faculty members will have office hours to meet with students to discuss the requirement and specific research ideas.
