Purpose

 

Description

The Core Skills Course is reserved for 1st year researchers and aims to promote a common culture of discussion and engagement among researchers from very different backgrounds. It consists of two parts: the first part introduces researchers to the Department’s fields of research, and to its approaches; the second part focuses on the concrete aspects of doing research within the Department and covers such issues as library and archival sources, publications and the peer-review process, and general aspects of the program
