Description

This seminar investigates the relationship between "infrastructure" and "regulation". In this way, the seminar brings the fields of "infrastructure studies" and "regulatory theory" into conversation with one another. The seminar continues the conversations from my previous seminars on "thinking infrastructurally", "digital infrastructure regulation", and "The (Euro)Stack" - but is designed to be accessible to anyone interested in (not just digital) infrastructure and/or regulation.

Active participation required (creative engagement with the readings/ideas); option to write a short essay reflecting on one theme of the seminar

First, Second & Third Term: registration from 21 to 25 September 2026
