Description
This inter-disciplinary seminar explores the relationship between law (as an academic discipline) and x (other academic disciplines). We plan to cover both established disciplines (anthropology, computer science, media studies, political theory) and multi-disciplinary fields (such as STS or complexity studies) - and we will tailor the final list to researcher interests. The goals of the seminar are 1) to reflect collectively on interdisciplinary approaches to legal scholarship; and 2) to enable researchers to intelligently engage with scholarship of various forms across disciplines.
Active participation and engagement with the readings required; researchers will be prompted to approach their research topic from various alternative disciplines.
