Description
The aim of this short seminar is to examine key issues in EU external relations law in the perspective of recent developments in both institutional practice and case law. Readings will be assigned in advance and participants will be asked to comment on the readings in class. Topics covered will include mixed agreements; human rights and international law in EU external action; institutional balance in external action; autonomy and reciprocity in EU trade and investment agreements. Other topics may be included as appropriate.
