Her current research specializes on comparative policy agendas, human biotechnology regulatory regimes, and gendering policy change. Isabelle is the co-recipient of the 2012 APSA Best Comparative Policy Paper Award and the 2011 Carrie Chapman Catt Prize. She is the co-convener of the ECPR Standing Group on Gender and Politics and the co-chair of the CES Research Network on Gender and Sexuality Studies.
