A new set of files of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) is now available for consultation under the access conditions mentioned in the inventory.
Following the contract signed in July 2014 and governed by Council Regulation (EU) 2015/496 on the deposit of the historical archives of the European Union institutions at the HAEU/European University Institute, new archival sets of the CJEU are regularly made available for public consultation.
After files processing, the inventory concerning the CJEU original procedure records for 1979 and the judgments and orders for 1983 is now consultable on the HAEU database.
The CJEU original procedure records for 1979 consist of 277 files pertaining to 1322 law cases ruled by the CJEU.
