Solidarity with EUI alumnus Atef Abu Saif

The European University Institute and its whole community strongly deplore the brutal and vile assault perpetrated against its alumnus Dr. Atef Abu Saif. As an educational and pluralistic institution, strongly committed to the respect of the fundamental values and individual rights, among which respectively stem the cultural diversity and the freedom of expression, the Institute expresses its most unshakable solidarity and support to a courageous and respectable member of its community.
