Publications Unit

The Publications Unit is responsible for coordinating the production of the corporate publications of the EUI including:

• The President's Annual Report
• The EUI Times (quarterly magazine highlighting the academic activities of the Institute)
• EUI Life  (monthly newsletter informing EUI faculty, researchers, staff and alumni of the latest community news)
• The Academic Publications Directory
• The EUI Corporate Visual Identity and Publications Manual

The Unit also provides assistance with the production of:

• departmental posters and leaflets
• EUI Working Papers and some research reports
• research units and programmes corporate publications, e.g. RSCAS and the Max Weber Programme material

• information packs for researchers and fellows

Liaison with the Publications Office of the European Union (OP)

The Unit liases with the Publications Office (OP) of the EU in Luxembourg, which provides a range of services including the production and dissemination of publications, electronic publishing and web services, graphical services, and editorial partnerships with a number of important academic publishers.

The Unit manages requests for all the OP services.

International identifiers (ISBN, ISSN, doi)

These numbers are assigned to EUI academic and promotional publications through the OP.

EUI publications containing international identifiers are inserted in the EU Bookshop, the main gateway to EU publications.
