Duties: assist users in the use of the software/service; coordinate troubleshooting with the Computing Service and/or Software House/Service Provider; prepare presentations of the software/service (optional); update tutored software’s homepage. Availability via E-mail or by appointment requested (no fixed office hours). Each collaboration (according to the ‘150 hours' rule) will be for 80 hours from 1 November 2011 to 30 July 2012, paid at the rate of 13,50 Euro an hour, with a possibility of a further renewal for 20 hours from 1 August 2012 to 31 October 2012 (divided in two separate contracts for Academic Year 2011/2012 and 2012/2013) for positions 1. to 6 and 40 hours from 1 November 2011 to 30 July 2011 paid at the rate of 13,50 Euro an hour, with a possibility of a further renewal for 10 hours from 1August 2012 to 31 October 2012 (divided in two separate contracts for Academic Year 2011/2012 and 2012/2013) for positions 7. to 9. The researchers interested should have an advanced knowledge of the software/service they are applying for. Basic knowledge of Italian language would be an advantage.
