As of 2 September IT User Support – via both Site Offices and Helpdesk – is being covered Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 18:00.
A site officer for Villa Salviati still needs to be appointed, but the service is currently covered by BF-Site.
All the time schedules of Site Offices have been standardized to 8:30-18:00 and the early morning (8:00-8:30) and late evening (18:00-19:00) telephone service has been suspended since support in these hours was sporadic.
Please Note: Porters' lodges as well as REFS Technical Units (electricians, plumbers, etc.) maintain their current working schedule (from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday) unless otherwise established and in case of emergencies.
