EUI Email Access Problem

Problem Description

Some email users (including Alumni) are having problems accessing their EUI email account. This is a Microsoft software issue which has been communicated to Microsoft as High priority and we expect a resolution presently. Resetting the password via the EUI Password Portal will resolve the issue.

 

In any case, the problem can be immediately addressed by users contacting the ICT Helpdesk at 2600 or [+39] 055 4685 600 where ICT Service staff will talk them through a resolution, which consists of a password change.

 

N.B. This problem is in no way connected to Alumni subscription processing, which is an understandable assumption given the coincidence of imminent Alumni expirations.
