With reference to current weather conditions, please be informed that all air conditioning systems across the EUI Campus (including the EUI PAB flats) will be gradually switched on starting next Monday 22 June : operating hours will be progressively extended with regard to outside temperatures.
We remind you of your responsibility to properly manage your work environment and to take the necessary steps to avoid wasting energy, such as closing windows and shutters of offices and common areas when air conditioning units are switched on.

Should you have problems with A/C units in your office/flat, please open a ticket on the EUI helpdesk
Please note: with reference to the current protocol issued by the Italian Government for workplace sanitization, we inform you that our maintenance staff will perform the cleaning and sanitizing treatment of filters in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) units on a regular basis, depending on the updating of the relevant protocol.
