Useful information in case of necessity during the closure of the Institute:
Hospitalisation
For hospital stays, if you wish to receive a letter allowing direct billing, you must complete the appropriate form, and if the Institute offices are closed, send it directly to the ISPRA Claims Office: e-mail:
[email protected] - tel. +39 0332 789966 Fax. +39 0332 789423.
Please note that you can also submit a direct billing request through JSIS online (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/RCAM/) .
Accident
Should you be involved in an accident, the accident declaration form must be sent within ten working days to the Human Resources Service, to the attention of Ms. Morena Rossi ([email protected]).

We would like to inform you that:
- the laboratory Centro Diagnostico Ultramicroanalysis will be closed on 24 December and 31 December 2015 afternoon
- Dr. Giampaolo Menegazzo will be on holidays from 29 December 2015 to 3 January 2016 inclusive
- Dr. Stephen Kerr will be on holidays on 22 and 23 December 2015.
The Ispra Claims Office will be closed from 24 December 2015 until 3 January 2016.
