Important Notice | 2024-2025 I.K.Y. Call for Applications

The Hellenic State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.), requires candidates to submit a separate application according to the national call for applications for the academic year 2024-2025.

In order to be considered for funding awarded by Greece, candidates must:

1. Visit the I.K.Y. website to consult the applicable funding eligibility criteria and conditions.
2. Submit their application and requested documents through the EUI’s Online Application Form in compliance with the EUI’s application procedures and deadline (31 January 2024 at 14:00 CET).
3. File the separate funding application with I.K.Y., in compliance with the requirements and deadline set by the funding authority by 9 February 2024.

The separate national application is mandatory, in addition to the EUI application, to be considered for the scholarships awarded by I.K.Y.

Grants and Allowances

Monthly grant: €1505,00 (net amount € 1.450,82)

Partner allowance: No

Travel allowance: No

First settlement costs: 700 €

Insurance: up to 450 €/year.

The Grant Authority provides a monthly grant for the first three years of EUI Ph.D. Programme. The fourth year is covered by the EUI (2024 EUI fourth-year grant is 1.505€ per month, in addition to other allowances).
