From 20 October – 19 December the Badia Branch will be open on Tuesday mornings from 9h00 – 13h00 with two Intesa staff members on duty.

Initial communication: 

The EUI has been informed that, in line with global trends in banking service models, Intesa Sanpaolo will implement its updated strategy and service approach to the branch located in the Badia Bank Corridor.

While negotiations are still in progress to finalise the details of the new model, we can already inform that banking services will continue to be provided by two consultants - one of whom is the current consultant - who bring their extensive experience and a deep understanding of the EUI’s needs.

The current service model will remain in place until 17 October. Beginning 20 October, by offering greater flexibility and more personalised service, it will be possible to book appointments either at the Badia branch or at Intesa’s main branch in Via Bufalini, 4/6.

The Badia branch will remain open one day per week during a transitional period, allowing for an evaluation of the new model’s quality and its alignment with the community’s needs.
