The new banking model for Intesa Sanpaolo at the EUI went into effect on January 1^st, 2026.

Under this new model, EUI clients can use the Bancomat/ATM located on the ground floor of the Badia Fiesolana for the following services:

• Cash withdrawals
• Cash deposits
• Cheque deposits

Clients can also contact the main branch of Intesa Sanpaolo or go in person to receive assistance:

For general enquiries related to bank accounts, Bancomat/ATM cards, currency exchange, etc., write to firenze.68471@intesasanpaolo.com, specifying that you are from the EUI.

For other matters related to the opening of a bank account, mortgages, investments, etc., contact the bank’s consultant for the EUI, Mr. Alessio Custer (alessio.custer@intesasanpaolo.com), specifying that you are from the Institute.

If you are an EUI member who is already a client of Intesa Sanpaolo, you can contact your personal bank consultant, whose name can be found in your online banking profile.

Some services, such as cash withdrawals and deposits, can be made at any Intesa Sanpaolo branch. For this option, please be aware that clients will be asked to present valid ID (MAE card, national ID card, etc.) to carry out these operations.
