Income-Employment Certificates

The platform allows users to submit requests for various types of employment certificates in a centralised, streamlined and secure way.

Available Certificates

You can request the following types of certificates:

  • Employment certificate (with or without career history)
  • Employment certificate – for banks (including salary breakdown, with or without career history)
  • Tax exemption certificate
  • Income tax exemption certificate (including salary breakdown)
  • Retirement certificate (with or without career history)
  • Traineeship certificate
  • Traineeship certificate (including grant breakdown)
  • Certificate to request residence [only available in Italian]

All certificates are available in three languages (English, Italian, French), with the exception of the Certificate to request residence, which is available in Italian language.

Certificates are provided as electronic digital files, with a scanned digital signature. Physical ink-signed copies are no longer available.

How to Submit a Request

If you are an active staff member and experience any technical issues accessing the platform, please open a ticket with the Helpdesk directly. In all other cases, please contact the HR Service for assistance.

If you need to request more than one certificate, please insert a separate request for each type of certificate.

Request submission

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an automated email confirming the submission. The confirmation message will be sent from this email address: nintex@eu.workflowcloud.com.

Processing time

Certificates are generally issued within 10 working days.

For urgent requests, please provide details on the reasons for requesting an urgent certificate in the notes field.

You will receive the electronic certificate as attachment, via email, once the document is ready. The message will be sent from this email address: nintex@eu.workflowcloud.com.
