Gráinne de Búrca is Professor of Law at the EUI, on leave from New York University where she was Professor of Law from 2011. Previously, she held tenured posts as professor at Harvard and Fordham Law Schools, a chair at the EUI from 1998-2005 and was a lecturer at Oxford University from 1990-98. She is a Fellow of the Royal Irish Academy and corresponding Fellow of the British Academy.
