Tomás Rogaler is a Research Associate in the EUI Digital Trade Integration Project. He is finalising his Master's in International Strategy and Trade Policy at the Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile and has previously worked as an intern at the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC). His research mainly covers digital trade and public policies.
