The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe. The EUI will partner with key academic and institutional partners in the Visegrad Group (V4), the Eastern Partnership (EP), and Western Balkans, with the aim of facilitating regional scholars’ contribution to ongoing debates related to the history of European integration at the Graduate Conference at the EUI; as well as helping students from the region develop their ideas into PhD research projects by attending the week-long Summer Academy organised by the EUI Department of Political and Social Sciences (SPS).
