Setting Delayed Delivery

If you wish to send an E-mail at a specific time and date you can use Delayed Delivery. This option allows you to set a time and date for the E-mail to be sent.

To add delayed delivery to your message:

1) Within your new message click Options > Delay Delivery.

OutlookDelayedDelivery(1)

2) Under Delay Delivery tick 'Do not deliver before:' and specify a time and date.

OutlookDelayedDelivery(2)

3) Send the E-mail as usual.

Please note: Your message will not be delivered before the date and time you specified; however, the "Sent" timestamp on the message will reflect the time you actually pressed the "Send" button.
