The Academy of European Law runs an extensive publications programme.

The publications programme of the Academy of European Law contains several books, monographs, volumes, working papers etc. which are the result of the work conducted by international professors, scholars, and researchers.

The publications emerge from specific workflows conducted within the framework of the Academy and as a result of its collaborations with other institutes.

 

Collected Courses of the Academy of European Law

The Collected Courses of the Academy of European Law are published as a series by Oxford University Press.

European Journal of International Law

EJIL, published four times a year by Oxford University Press, provides a forum for debate and analysis of important and topical issues on international law.

During each academic year, AEL Co-Directors Neha Jain and Sarah Nouwen teach the seminar “Editing a Law Journal” in close collaboration with EJIL, of which Prof. Nouwen is also an editor in chief.

AEL Working Papers 

The Academy of European Law also produces a broad-ranging Working Paper series which are published on the EUI Research Repository CADMUS.
