The Procurement office is part of the Central Coordination Unit and assists the Secretary General in the definition and implementation of the EUI's regulations and policies on public procurement.
The Procurement office is in charge of procurement coordination, giving support to the EUI administrative and academic units throughout all the phases of procurement procedures with the aim of ensuring their compliance with the Financial Rules and the Public Procurement Regulation and streamlining their implementation.
The Procurement office acts as the Secretariat of EUI procurement procedures.
