Before arrival, registering at the EUI

Welcome and Registration

The Welcome Unit oversees the arrival and departure of academic and administrative staff, fellows, and visitors.

It provides information on EUI services and helps newcomers and their families to settle into the working and community life of the EUI and Florence.

The Welcome Unit is located just off the Badia Cloister, office BF 443.

Researchers and Students

Registration Day for researchers and students starting in September is scheduled for the first week of September. Details of the registration day and welcome events are usually sent in the early summer by Academic Service or the STG.

 

Max Weber, Jean Monnet, and Policy Leader Fellows

Registration Day for new Max Weber, Jean Monnet, and Policy Leader Fellows and Young African Leader Fellows starting in September is scheduled in the first week of September. Details of the registration day and welcome events are usually sent in the early summer.

During registration, we will hand you your EUI card and provide you with information on the EUI in general.

 

Fernand Braudel and Simone Veil Fellows

Fellows can register individually with Julia Valerio or Alberto Giachetti at the Welcome Unit.

 During registration, we will provide you with your EUI card and provide information about the EUI and the services available to you during your stay.

 

Visiting Fellows
