Description: Le mardi 28 juillet 2020, le professeur Dr. Manfred Hinz de l'Université de Passau a visité l'IUE pour faire don d'un document historique aux AHUE. Le don consiste en une lettre originale d'Alcide De Gasperi, alors président du Conseil et ministre des Affaires étrangères, écrite le 18 juin 1946 et adressée au secrétaire d'État américain aux Affaires étrangères James Byrnes.

Description: On Tuesday July 28, 2020, Prof. Dr. Manfred Hinz from the University of Passau visited the EUI to donate a historical document to the HAEU. The donation consists in an original letter from Alcide De Gasperi, then President of the Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs, written on June 18, 1946, and addressed to the American Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs James Byrnes.

Description: En 2015, la Société européenne de la culture a déposé ses archives aux AHUE en vertu d'un contrat de dépôt signé entre le président du Conseil d'administration de la Société européenne de la culture, et le directeur des AHUE. La visite aux AHUE fut l'occasion pour les représentants de la Société européenne de la culture de découvrir les locaux de la Villa Salviati et de discuter de l'avancement du traitement des archives en vue d'organiser en 2021 l'ouverture du fonds.

Description: The European Society of Culture deposited its archives at the HAEU under the terms of a deposit contract signed between the then president of the European Society of Culture and the director of the HAEU. The visit at the HAEU was an occasion for the representatives of the European Society of Culture to discover the Villa Salviati premises and to discuss the advancement of the archival processing with a view of organizing the opening of the archives in 2021.
