The Historical Archives of the European Union have launched the 2022 call for applications for the research grant programme of the Group of the European People's Party (EPP Group) in the European Parliament.
The grant programme aims to support scholars interested in conducting and publishing academic research on the history, role and impact of Christian Democracy, and in particular of the EPP Group in the European Parliament, on decisive moments in the process of European integration.

Successful applicants will receive a research grant of €5000 to cover expenses for carrying out research in the EPP Group’s Archives in Florence, Brussels and/or Bonn. The research project must result in the publication of an academic article or monograph based on the research.
