Description
Marking the occasion of the Euro's twentieth anniversary, the Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU) is launching an online exhibition examining the thirty year process of designing and implementing a single currency system in the European Union.

Upcoming Conference: "History of the European Parliament: research projects, sources and historical memory 1979-2019", on 29th November at House of European History, Brussels
Description
The conference, organized by the 'Association of Friends of the Historical Archives of the European Union' in partnership with the HAEU and the House of the History of Europe, proposes to present an inventory of the sources, written and oral, historical and memorial, as well as to revisit the various research projects bearing or relating to the history of a European institution whose role and legislative and budgetary powers have steadily increased since its first term of office.
