EUI Call for Ideas on Wellbeing 2026 


The HR Service in collaboration with the Academic Service are launching a Call for Ideas on Wellbeing (pdf) inviting professional staff, academic staff, PhD researchers, research fellows, master’s students, trainees, and professors to submit creative proposals aimed at strengthening physical, mental, social, and organisational wellbeing across the Institute.

Proposals should address real wellbeing needs arising in everyday work or research contexts; foster collaboration and community engagement; promote healthy, inclusive, and sustainable working environments; and demonstrate potential to be scaled up or replicated across the Institute. Eligible initiatives may include training activities, workshops, communication campaigns, learning resources, or other innovative actions that contribute to enhancing wellbeing at the EUI.

Launch of the call 27 February 2026 
Deadline 14 April 2026 
Results 15 May 2026
Implementation of ideas Between May and October 2026
Project presentation (Wellbeing online event)  9 October 2026 
Application Form (.docx) must be submitted to hrtalentmanagement@eui.eu no later than 14 April 2026 COB.
