The mission of the Human Resources Service is twofold: To assist and advise the President and the Secretary General in organizing and managing the EUI’s administrative operations and to support the EUI’s academic branch in the important field of human resources.
The HR Service has a broad set of duties in recruiting, administering, training and advising EUI staff in various contractual categories. This involves:
- developing and revising policies and procedures,
- supporting performance management, advising on career development,
- maintaining productive staff relations, and
- helping to create and enable a professional and healthy working environment.
