Participants in the European Doctoral Programme (EDP) get together once a year for a two-day meeting called "Jamboree", which is organized every year by a different partner institution of the network and which is devoted to seminars on special topics and student presentations.
This event, drawing on the common faculty resources, also provides students with information about current research activities, helps orient their own work, and offers guidance on research subjects and associated supervisors.
Please note that it is mandatory for the EDP students to attend all the Jamborees and to present a paper at at least one Jamboree. Non-EDP students can register for the event as well, but acceptance is subject to seat availability and participation is at own costs.
