The SPS Department is one of Europe’s leading centres for research and doctoral studies in comparative politics, political behaviour and political sociology, demography and sociology of inequality, micro- and computational sociology, and international relations and security.
SPS offers a variety of substantive and methodological courses and workshops as part of our structured doctoral programme. Key milestones for each year assure doctoral researchers‘ progress through the programme. We provide intensive supervision and support for fieldwork, experiments, and other forms of data collection.
